Neuroscience Practitioner - Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP)
Neuroscience Practitioner
As a neuroscience practitioner, I integrate insights from brain science and neuroscience research to help clients achieve personal growth, overcome challenges, and create positive change. By understanding how the brain processes thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, I develop tailored strategies to improve areas like decision-making, emotional regulation, and overall performance.
Key Aspects of Neuroscience Practitioner:
Focus on Brain Mechanisms:
Neuroscience coaches use knowledge about the brain’s mechanisms, such as neuroplasticity (the brain’s ability to rewire itself), to help clients create lasting behavioral changes.
Evidence-Based Approach:
All techniques are rooted in scientific research about how the brain functions, ensuring an informed and reliable method of coaching.
Holistic Perspective:
I take a comprehensive view by addressing the interconnectedness of thoughts, emotions, and physical actions, recognising that these elements influence each other.
Broad Applications:
Neuroscience coaching is versatile, with applications in personal development, leadership coaching, performance optimisation, stress management, emotional intelligence, and beyond.
How a Neuroscience Practitioner Works with Clients:
Identifying Neural Pathways:
Together we explore your thought patterns, emotional responses, and behaviours, identifying how they are connected to specific brain circuits.
Developing Targeted Strategies:
Based on your needs, I design exercises, practices, or interventions to stimulate changes in neural pathways that support desired outcomes.
Mindfulness and Self-Awareness:
Clients are taught techniques to become more aware of their internal states, emotions, and cognitive processes, enabling them to interrupt unhelpful patterns and make conscious choices.
Positive Reinforcement:
By using strategies that strengthen new neural connections, reinforcing behaviours and thought patterns aligned with the client’s goals.
Neuroscience-Informed Addiction Assessments
Using a neuroscience-based approach, I conduct comprehensive assessments for a range of addictions — including alcohol and substance use, as well as behavioural addictions such as compulsive eating, shopping, internet use, and more.
Each assessment explores the cognitive, emotional, and behavioural patterns underpinning the addiction, helping to uncover the root causes and neurological drivers of compulsive behaviour.
A detailed report is provided and sent directly to the treating GP, who can then refer to the appropriate specialist for ongoing treatment and support.
This process ensures a holistic, brain-based understanding of addiction that informs the next steps toward recovery and healing.
Neuroscience & Dating: Decode Your Patterns, Transform Your Connections
Through a neuroscience-informed lens, I help individuals better understand the unconscious behaviours, attachment patterns, and emotional responses that shape their dating lives.
Our work together involves identifying the neural and psychological drivers behind attraction, avoidance, people-pleasing, overthinking, and fear-based decision-making - all of which can unknowingly sabotage connection.
By decoding your patterns and understanding how your brain and nervous system are wired for connection (or protection), we create space for new, healthier relational dynamics to emerge.
This process is not about fixing you - it’s about understanding you. With this insight, you’ll be empowered to make more intentional choices, navigate dating with clarity, and form connections that reflect your true values and emotional readiness.
Benefits of Neuroscience Practitioner:
Neuroscience utilise tools, exercises, and interventions grounded in neuroscience research, positive psychology, and related fields such as emotional intelligence. These approaches are designed to help clients enhance their happiness, well-being, and overall success.
NLP can be used for:
NLP and neuroscience informed practice helps rewire unhelpful patterns in thinking, emotion, and behaviour. It supports and treats mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, and phobias, as well as personal development goals like building confidence and improving communication. It also can address issues around addictions (including alcohol, substances, shopping, and internet use), and emotional dysregulation. It can also be used to enhance performance in various areas, such as leadership, sales, and negotiation.
Rewire & Rise Programs
Love, Explained; The Brain Science behind Connection
A neuroscience-based program to decode your dating patterns, rewire attachment wounds, and build conscious connection.
This isn’t a set of dating rules - It’s about reconnecting with yourself, understanding your inner wiring, and dating in a way that feels safe, self-honouring, and deeply aligned.
Love, Explained is a deeply personal, neuroscience-informed program designed to help you understand your inner wiring, reconnect with your nervous system, and approach dating and relationships in a way that feels safe, self-honouring, and clear.
Whether you’re navigating romantic connection, recovering from unhealthy patterns, or simply wanting to relate from a place of confidence and emotional safety, this is your space.
Together, we’ll explore:
Your attachment style and nervous system responses (fight, flight, freeze, fawn)
The neuroscience of attraction and emotional regulation
Recognising patterns that keep you stuck
Rebuilding self-trust, boundaries, and communication skills
Dating (or relating) without abandoning yourself
Each module is tailored to you - because the healthiest relationships start with a regulated, grounded self.
Understanding Healthy Relationship Behaviours: A Realignment with Safety, Self-Worth & Connection
Healthy relationships don’t start with someone else - they start with how you relate to yourself.
This program is a practical and compassionate guide to help you recognise what safety, respect, and emotional maturity actually look like in relationships - beyond the fairy tales and mixed signals.
Grounded in neuroscience, attachment theory, and real-life lived experience, we’ll explore:
What healthy love feels like in your body (and how to spot when it’s not)
Emotional regulation, nervous system cues, and the impact of trauma on connection
Boundaries, respect, and mutuality in relationships
What green flags to move toward - not just red flags to avoid
How to stop overfunctioning, overexplaining, or shrinking to be ‘chosen’
This is for anyone ready to unlearn the chaos of survival-based love and step into relationships grounded in truth, safety, and self-respect.
Because love isn’t something you earn - it’s something you align with.
